Learning doesn’t always need to be for a specific goal

Learning new skills as a side quest is something that I find really fun because it allows us to let go of the pressure of learning something for the sake of some greater goal or milestone :) We can take things at our own pace and do them simply because we want to learn about something we are curious about. When we look at learning in this way, it becomes easier to look at ourselves as life-long learners.

The things we learn don’t always have to be conventionally useful (e.g. a skill that will make you money or help you in your career), they can be completely random & that’s the beauty of it.
