They say everyone in their 20s starts running marathons & yes marathons are cool and all but what about other health & fitness related side quests?
Tips for picking a health & fitness side quest
- Pick something that will make you feel good both inside and out- don’t do it just because you want to fit a beauty standard or lose weight
- Get out of your comfort zone. Physical activity isn’t easy & can really suck in the beginning when your body isn’t used to it. Do things that continue to push you out of your comfort zone and force you to grow.
- Do it with friends :) Once again, physical activity can be tough- having a friend join in on your side quest makes it all the more fun & keeps you accountable

Physical
- Complete an ironman race (a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run)
